KYC is possible and, in some regions, mandatory. ChangeNOW says all transactions are checked by automated risk controls. Its current terms require KYC for residents of the EU, US, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Australia and Canada. It may request identity documents and information about the source of funds, or pause an exchange during review.

Before paying or sending funds, confirm that you are eligible to use the service, review the final provider fees and rate, verify the asset and network, check the destination address, and save the exchange ID. Crypto deposit addresses are single-use.
